Debbie has a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance/Accounting.  Her background has been 20 + years of Finance/Accounting with large corporations as well as smaller companies.  Those responsibilities encompassed a large array of different financial and general accounting support.  She has supported those companies’ initiatives to implement new Accounting and ERP systems.  She has been certified as a Green Belt in Six Sigma methodologies.  As a result, she pushes forward change management to support new company initiatives and adjust requirements for work processes because of system or business changes.   She also has a background in Human Resources and data management.  She works on the front line with our clients while supporting Client Administration, Accounting, and Corporate Administration issues.
